If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. MAPACA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or canel transactions anytime at its sole discretion. All registered users of this system understand and agree that this Mid-Atlantic Association (MAPACA) sales/auction platform exists solely as a system to reach an agreement on price between buyer and seller. Neither MAPACA nor any of its employees or agents, make any representation or warranties whatsoever with respect to the animals, products or services presented on this sales/auction platform. All representations contained in lot listings are made solely by the seller only. In addition, neither MAPACA nor any of its employees or agents, are responsible for the accuracy of the content of any listing of this sales/auction platform. Buyers are advised to confirm all information presented with the acutal seller. Parties other than MAPACA provide services, or sell product on this site. The Mid-Atlantic Alpaca Association or any listed seller reserve the right to withdraw any animal, product or service from the sale/auction platform without liability to anyone.
MAPACA reserves the right to make changes to this site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Premier Herdsire Auction One herdsire service will be granted to the winning bidder as a drive-by breeding (female comes to male), unless other arrangements are made between herdsire owner and the winning bidder. Herdsire owner may charge usual and customary fees for agistment and/or drive by service (male to female). Pregnancy confirmation is the responsibility of, and at the expense of the dam owner. The winning bidder must attempt the first breeding within 18 months of the winning bid after which time the herdsire owner shall have no obligation to grant the herdsire service obtained through this herdsire service auction. The herdsire owner will provide a minimum of a 30 day live cria guarantee, in which the sole remedy shall be one additional complimentary breeding according to the same terms as the original breeding. Furthermore, the obtained breeding may only be used on a female that is at least partially owned by the winning bidder unless other arrangements are made between herdsire owner and winning bidder.
